The Presence of the Holy Spirit

John 16:7-8 NLT

But in fact, it is best for you that I go away, because if I don't, the Advocate won't come. If I do go away, then I will send Him to you. [8] And when He comes, He will convict the world of its sin, and of God's righteousness, and of the coming judgment.

I remember the burning sense of guilt I felt the night I gave my heart to Jesus.

The precious Holy Spirit was drawing me to the Cross where my sin was placed on the Lord Jesus.

Oh the wonderful sense of release when I asked for His forgiveness and cleansing. I will never forget it and will be forever grateful.

We have an inbuilt conscience (an inherent sense of right and wrong) and when the Presence of the Holy Spirit puts the spotlight on us, we rightly feel guilty.

This guilty sense is meant to bring us to repentance and salvation via the Cross of Jesus.

So, imagine what will happen when the Holy Spirit is withdrawn from the earth!

The day is coming when "The Restrainer" is going to be removed (along with those who belong to Jesus).

2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 NKJV

And now you know what is restraining, that he (the antichrist) may be revealed in his own time. [7] For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He (The Holy Spirit) who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.

We may think that evil is rampant now, but, when the Presence of the Holy Spirit is gone, the brakes will be off and there will be no stopping evil and corruption.

Being on earth then will be a total cesspit of everything vile and infinitely wicked.

I call on you now to turn your life over to Jesus while there's still time.

Don't get left behind in what will be a living nightmare.
