Psalm 18:31-35 AMPC
For who is God except the Lord? Or who is the Rock save our God, [32] The God who girds me with strength and makes my way perfect? [33] He makes my feet like hinds' feet [able to stand firmly or make progress on the dangerous heights of testing and trouble]; He sets me securely upon my high places. [34] He teaches my hands to war, so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze. [35] You have also given me the shield of Your salvation, and Your right hand has held me up; Your gentleness and condescension have made me great.
At Mitze Ramon, a beautiful crater in the Israeli desert, we have often watched the ibex climbing on the sheer cliffs, without fear, deftly picking their way on seemingly impossible "pathways"!
Their feet have been created for the environment in which they live.
If you're anything like me, you look with envy on those dexterous creatures. I never was the most nimble of folk, but, with time, I'm even more clumsy, liable to fall.
However, the Lord can give us new spiritual feet, so that we can walk on the most precarious of places.
David declares that God makes his feet like hind's feet.
In times when it looks like there's no way out, the Lord gives us new feet, able to make progress on the sheer cliffs of disaster and trials.
Perhaps, in the new challenge of financial hardship, we need "new feet" to walk on the sheer cliff of trying to make ends meet! The Lord can make impossible situations passable.

The Lord God is my Strength, my personal bravery, and my invincible army; He makes my feet like hinds' feet and will make me to walk [not to stand still in terror, but to walk] and make [spiritual] progress upon my high places [of trouble, suffering, or responsibility]!
