Knowing

John 14:9

Jesus asks have I been with you so long, yet you still haven't realised who I AM?

At this time of isolating, many families are being thrust together in a way that begs the question, how much do we really know our loved ones?

Do we understand their hope's and dreams? Do we feel their pains? Do we take the time to look them in the eye and ask how they're feeling? To encourage or make them laugh? 🤣🤣

A far deeper question to ask is how much do we know Jesus?

Those who are self isolating alone may feel bereft of human company.

Yet, perhaps, this is the time to get close to the beating heart of our Saviour...

Do you know what's on His mind or how He feels?

I believe He wants to share with you as actively as He did with His disciples.

Use this time to get to know your loved ones more deeply, but, above all to know Jesus more closely.

Come Holy Spirit, reveal the Presence and Person of Jesus in a deeper, more intimate way to each of us individually.
