Isaiah 43:1 NKJV
But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.
Jesus knows your name, He knows mine too.
It's not a blanket salvation where everyone is called as a group.
No way!
It's a one by one personal encounter.
We can see it in both Old and New Testaments:
Exodus 3:4 NKJV
So when the LORD saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, "Moses, Moses!" And he said, "Here I am."
John 1:42 NKJV
And he brought him to Jesus. Now when Jesus looked at him, He said, "You are Simon the son of Jonah. You shall be called Cephas" (which is translated, A Stone).
Jesus not only knows our name and calls us, but He has a brand new name to give us - one that fits our role and place in the coming Kingdom of our Lord Jesus.
Revelation 2:17 NKJV
"He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it."'
You may think that your life is unseen or unimportant to God, but this couldn't be further from the truth.
Omniscient Eyes are ever on you, with a love that wants to draw you to Him.
Jesus sees where you are and if you have ears to hear and a heart to listen, you will find Him, or, more truly, He will find you.
John 1:47-48 NKJV
Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward Him, and said of him, "Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no deceit!" [48] Nathanael said to Him, "How do You know me?" Jesus answered and said to him, "Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you."
Rejoice in the fact that Jesus is "God with us" עם אנו אל.
He is calling you by name!
