Yesterday Bishop Mar Mari Emanuel was brutally stabbed while celebrating Jesus' sacrifice at Calvary.
Apparently he started praying for his attacker while on the floor.
That is great mercy and a mark of a true follower of our Lord Jesus who prayed from the Cross "Father forgive them for they know not what they do!"
Do you think that the 15 year old attacker realised what he was doing? He had been brainwashed by religious extremists.
I pray that he will be so challenged by the Bishop's response and have his heart changed by Jesus' unconditional love at Calvary.
