2 Samuel 14:14

All of us must die eventually. Our lives are like water spilled out on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again. But God does not just sweep life away; instead, he devises ways to bring us back when we have been separated from him.

The way folk treat the COVID virus, it's as if, without it, we would live forever!

The undeniable fact is that no one gets out of this life alive.

As the verse above says our lives get "spilled out" on the ground like water and we can't get even a day of it back.

The new religion seems to be the vaccine! My neighbour talked in glowing terms about it as if it were the "elixir of life". Yet, as we hear of fatalities occurring following vaccination, there are no guarantees.

If the COVID doesn't "get you", something else will!

At present, there are a few dear friends who are in the terminal stages of cancer, facing their own demise.

Sadly, most have no faith, no hope beyond the grave.

However, the Lord's priority is to breakthrough the roadblock of atheism and reach out to their hearts.

He is in the process of devising ways of bringing them to himself.

Jesus Himself made the Way possible in His Body on the Cross.

Now it behoves each of us as believers in Him to pray and be a signpost to those who are without hope.

You may be a part of God's plan to bring someone who is lost back home to Jesus.

Prayer

Father God I am so grateful for the Hope you have placed in me. Help me to share it with those without it. Speak the Words of Eternal Life into their hearts.
